Continue cooking, stirring constantly until the cream almost boils 10. At this point, turn off the heat and continue stirring during the first few minutes of cooling 11. Transfer the cream to a bowl 12 and here is the vegan custard cream ready. You can use it or cover it with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator.
