    In a pan, bring the oil to a temperature of 160-170°C and pour a few spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil 10. Cook the fritters, a few at a time so as not to lower the oil temperature too much, 1-2 minutes per side, they should be golden. As you cook them, put the fritters on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil. Once lukewarm, sprinkle with powdered sugar 11. Your rice fritters are ready to be enjoyed 12!
