    You will have to obtain a frothy cream 10. Distribute the mixture in two separate bowls: in one half add the cocoa 11, a pinch of salt and the remaining 20 g of powdered sugar 12.

    Stir with the whisk to combine, then transfer to a piping bag without a nozzle and keep in the fridge 13. For the pumpkin mousse, recover the cooked and cooled pumpkin, mash it in a bowl with a fork 14 and add the puree obtained to the other bowl with the cream and mascarpone 15.
