    To prepare the microwave meatballs, first put the stale breadcrumbs in a bowl 1. Add water, until covered, and let it soak for a few minutes 3. In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and parsley with a knife.

    Take the sausage, cut the casing and remove it 4. Crumble it with your hands inside a bowl 5. Then add the ground meat.

    Add the well-squeezed breadcrumbs 7, the egg, the parsley 8 and the chopped garlic 9.

    Add the grated Grana and Pecorino 10. Knead everything well with your hands 11, season with salt and pepper 12.

    Knead one last time until you get a homogeneous mixture 13. Cover the bowl with a plate and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. After the resting time you can form the meatballs. For each one you will need about 30 g of dough and you will have to give it a spherical shape, rotating the dough between your hands 14. Arrange them on a tray 15.
