    To prepare the sea bream in salt, first pour the first kilo of salt into a baking dish, add the lemon thyme 1, then add the rest of the salt 2 and mix 3.

    Meanwhile, slice the lemon 4 and fill the belly of the sea bream, previously cleaned and gutted, with the lemon slices 5 and lemon thyme 6.

    Pour less than half of the flavored salt 7 onto the baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, place the sea bream on top 8 and cover with the rest of the salt, making it adhere well to the fish 9. Cook in a preheated static oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.

    Once cooked, break the salt crust with 2 tablespoons 10, carefully remove the skin 11 and remove the fillets 12. Using two forks it will be easy to lift the fillets above the bone; then, lifting the head, remove the bone and also remove the underlying fillets.
