    Cut it into slices about 1 cm thick 4. Collect everything in a bowl and cover with cold water 5. Let it rest until ready to use. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick 6.

    Heat the oil in a pan, add the potatoes 7 and let them brown for 2 minutes. Drain the leeks, add them to the pan 8, mix and continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Pour the water to cover the ingredients 9.
