    Sauté the chard in the pan for 5 minutes, or until soft 10. Set aside and cut the mozzarella into cubes 11. Assemble the lasagne: spread a layer of béchamel on the bottom of a 18x24 cm baking dish 12.

    Continue with the mozzarella 16, the provola cheese, the pecorino cheese and the Parmigiano 17, then place a second layer of pasta 82. Continue alternating the layers of béchamel, chard and cheeses until you get a total of 4 layers.
