Cook the spaghetti, leaving them 2 minutes less than the time indicated on the package 19. In the meantime, take the lemon zest 20, taking care not to take the white part which would be bitter. In a pan, melt 50 g of butter with the lemon zest over very low heat 21.

Cook over low heat, just the time it takes to cook the pasta, and then remove the zest 22. Drain the pasta directly into the pan 23 and cook it with the mantis shrimp broth that you have filtered 24.

Once the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat and keep it with the sea urchins 25 and the mantis shrimp 26 and mix to flavor 27.
